Recent & Current Projects:

Nissan Technical Center - Engine Dynomometer Installation   

Project manager: Walbridge Aldinger & Great Lakes Mechanical, Inc - Job consisted of the complete piping of two chillers, air handling units, and test cell equipment for the engine dynomometer facility,  Nissan Technical Center.

Detroit City Parks & Recreation - Belle Isle Conservatory

Project manager: Demaria Building company - Job consisted of the complete renovation of the heating system in the building, including a new pumping station. Design issues discovered during the project, were corrected by an engineering team led by Miller-Boldt, Inc., to the satisfaction of the owner.

Capac Community Schools - High School Renovation

Project Manager: E. Gilbert & Sons, - Job consisted of a media center addition and the renovation of the existing school. A new heating system, and an energy recovery unit used for the new media center.

Troy Community Schools - Niles Education Center 

Project manager: Barton Malow Company - Renovation of heating system, including installation of new forced air unit heaters, pumps, piping, finned tube radiation, and class room heating units.

Comerica Headquarters Detroit - Heating system Install

Project Manager: Cornerstone Building Co. - Renovation of heating system in 12 Floor building.   

Matthew Miller founded Miller-Boldt, Inc. in 2002. The Company is located in Clinton Township, Michigan, and serves the southeastern Michigan region.

Miller-Boldt, Inc. is proud to be signatory with the United Association. We believe that excellent training and superior workmanship provided by union building trade workers, affords Miller-Boldt's customers, with products installed correctly, safely, and with maintenance and serviceability in mind. Properly installed equipment, started and maintained by UASTAR certified techniians will provide longer life/use to mechanical systems and the buildings they serve.
